You are assuming the regime you are familiar with is how
everything has to be.

Everything is not causal. Google "heisenberg uncertainty
principle". The universe has a purely random,
unpredictable component.

Mofurther:
"Before" the big bang*, there was no spacetime.
No spacetime --> no time.
No time --> no before and after.
No before/after --> no cause preceeding effect.
No cause/effect timeline --> no causality as we know it.

Indeed, without spacetime, the laws of physics as we know
them become meaningless.

Rethink your cosmological theology and get back to us,
